YumCha Central Park

YumCha is a Dumpling & Noodle Bar, celebrated by Chef Lon Symensma. The newest addition to ChoLon Restaurant Concepts, this restaurant provides and exciting and unique dining experience in the Central Park neighborhood. This is also the location ran by Head Dim Sum Chef, Michelle Xiao, who with the help of her team handmakes about 5,000 Dim Sum items for all of our other restaurants on a daily basis.
