At Señor Bear we marry the culinary traditions of Latin America with modern, elevated cooking techniques to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Our bar program focuses on Latin America spirits such as tequila, mezcal, pisco, and cachaça to create a well intentioned cocktail list with both craft and classic cocktails. Our wine list features wines from Spain, Argentina, and Chile.

Each guest choose one of the following:
Grilled Caesar: roma crunch, shaved red onion, cured cherry tomato, manchego, masa crouton, grilled lemon, chive

Smoked Beets: warm beets, aji verde yogurt, pistachio salsa seco, pickled beets, puffed quinoa

Tuna Ceviche: marinated romaine, roasted lemon dressing, pickled jalapeño, aji panca cracker

third Course

Lamb: braised Superior Farms lamb, charred broccolini, puya parsnip puree, cherry-papilla jus

Saltado: stir fried vegetables, aji amarillo, french fries, aji panca aioli, parsley

Pollo al la Brasa: chicken, confit potato, aji verde, piri piri
