As one of the oldest family-owned restaurants in Denver, the Blue Bonnet is proud to have second-generation employees amongst their wait and kitchen staff. We offer a seasonal menu utilizing old family recipes, gluten-free options and vegetarian options.

Chimi Changa (Not deep fried) Grilled chicken or cubed steak, flour tortilla, green chili, cheese, guacamole and sour cream

Carnitas Plate - Flavorful and crispy chunks of braised pork served with guacamole and pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans and corn tortillas.

Stuffed Poblanos - Two fire-roasted poblano peppers stuffed with a sweet corn relish (not dairy free) and choice of chili lime chicken, shredded beef or vegetarian. Topped with sour cream. Served with rice and beans.

Chili Relleno Dinner- Two crispy rellenos. Choose from cheese, ground beef, shredded beef or chicken. Served with rice and beans.

Signature Taco Plate - Choice of two full size tacos, choose from Carnitas (shredded pork and fajita veggies), Fish (sauteed mahi mahi and fajita veggies), Chili Lime Chicken (chicken, cabbage, cilantro and fire roasted tomato salsa), or Portabella Mushroom tacos (Pickled onions, portabella mushrooms and cheese with a spicy guacamole sauce)

Three Amigos Enchilada Plate - One Mole chicken enchilada, One Suizas Enchilada (zesty tomatillo sauce) and one cheese enchilada. Served with rice and beans (no subs on enchiladas)
